Our reference standards are certified by the National Institution of Standards and Technology (NIST) or have documented physical principles verification consistent with linear traceability. QCC maintains systems that are in compliance with almost every national standard including ANSI NCSL Z540-1/ISO 10012-1.
The site for QCC's world class facility was chosen to provide a centrally located, convenient and economical shipping destination for your products and gages. This specially constructed building was designed with the delicate needs of precision gage calibration in mind.
Programmable controllers with area sensors are installed to detect the presence of thermal loads. The associated industrial heating and cooling units have been specifically designed with the capacity to meet international climate standards of 68 degrees Fahrenheit ± 1.8 degrees.
Specially developed equipment and duct work monitor relative humidity to assure it is maintained at 40% ± 5% preventing adverse corrosion of ultrahigh precision equipment and reduce adverse effects of static electricity.
Our remote 3-acre site is paramount to providing the necessary attenuation from artificially induced seismic activity which adversely affects properly performed gage calibration. Further precautions have been taken through our unique foundation isolation system to prevent vibration from impacting service to our customers.
Circulation fans and filtering systems provide the precautions necessary to prevent stratification and possible airborne particulate contamination. Filtered air is exchanged 35 times per hour to aid in this process.
QCC recognizes that gages and equipment are a necessary part of your quality control programs. That is why we average a 5-working day turnaround of all calibration work delivered to our laboratory. In addition to our in-house laboratory services, QCC also provides 24 hours a day/7 days a week calibration services at your site for your convenience. Whether you require in-house or field services, our centrally located facility is convenient to your location.

Our laboratory is fully equipped with state-of-the-art linear measuring equipment, including SIP, and Pratt & Whitney Lab Master Standard. Each precision measuring instrument is mounted on granite to enhance measurement accuracy.
Repair services are available for select instrumentation. Cost estimates are provided to allow our customers the option to choose the most economical avenue available.
