QCTL Crane Inspection provides multiple proofload testing solutions. Included in our broad variety of test weight options are 10 to 200 ton portable water weights, vertical test fixtures with a 100-ton capacity, and 25 tons of compact weight blocks.
Every inspection professional mobilized to your site is not only qualified but also certified to the strictest standards: ASNT, OSHA, SNT-TC-1A… Each individual must meet our stringent demands for classroom training, hands-on experience, and safety before they are eligible to take the industry's most demanding series of certification examinations. Only then do they begin the long probationary road, which ultimately leads to QCTL providing you an inspection professional that meets your demanding needs. Ask your current inspection service supplier this question: "Have the inspection personnel you intend to supply been certified?"
